Love and Understanding

When we first met each other, there were so many things I needed to know, So many things I wished to share. 
I have since learned to understand you, and you me.
 This is so special: you have been my friend and my lover.
 The love you have given me is very precious and all I want is to share its unfolding mystery.

I want to wake up each day and find you there.

I want to sit across from you at a table and feel your heartbeat as I kiss you goodnight.

Today is appropriate for me to declare, to all who surround us in friendship, that you created heaven in my heart and paradise in my soul!
